Panattoni Park Warsaw South will consist of a modern warehouse building with an area of approximately 55,000 sq m. The facility will be BREEAM "Very Good" certified.
Thanks to its excellent location by the S8 expressway and convenient access to other highways, including the A2, it provides easy domestic and international transit. Construction works started in the second quarter of 2021 and will be completed in early 2022.
