Panattoni Park Business Center Łódź I is an innovative combination of a functional warehouse and a representative office.
It is the first Panattoni Europe park offering "small business units", tailored to the needs of smaller tenants, with minimum warehouse units for lease of approx. 1,600 m². The center comprises two buildings totaling approximately 21,000 m².
